Our Story
College of Computer Education (COCE) established in 1995 is one of the most trusted & reputed University Centre of Sikkim Manipal University (SMU). This is the first vocational college of Bihar & Jharkhand certified with International Quality Certificate ISO-9001:2008 from Australia.
Recently the college was visited by Ex Chancellor of Jharkhand, Mr. Syed Sibtey Razi and was honored with “Excellence in Computer Education” award at New Delhi for its outstanding achievements. All the courses offered by SMU are recognized by University Grant Commission (U.G.C), DEC (Distance Education Council) New Delhi & Ministry of H.R.D (Govt. of India) under section 2(f). The courses are as per the current trends as well as future demanding which have the capacity to make their career in the information technology (IT), Bio-Technology, Allied Health & Management fields.
